Welcome to Em’s Esthetics! My name is Emma, you can call me Em for short. I’m a Licensed Esthetician and Luxury Brow Artist located in Canton, MI. With over 4 years of experience, I specialize in all things brows — from natural shaping and hybrid stains to laminations, airbrush, and permanent Ombre Powder Brows. I’ve worked with a wide variety of skin types, tones, and ethnicities, and pride myself on being versatile and meticulously detail oriented. I’m a perfectionist with a goofy side, and I truly love transforming and making your brow dreams come true — whether that’s soft and natural or bold and defined. CANCELLATION POLICY
At Em’s Esthetics, I’m committed to providing the best service while respecting the time of all clients. Please review my booking and cancellation policies carefully before scheduling your appointment. DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS: - By appointment only- walk in’s are not accepted. - All deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. - The remaining balance must be paid at your service appointment. CANCELLATION & NO-SHOWS: - A 48-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling without penalty. - Cancellation fee’s will be charged to the card on file. - No-shows may result in loss of booking privileges. PERMANENT MAKEUP SERVICES: - Cancellations/rescheduling (within 48 hours) and no-shows will result in a forfeited deposit. - 15-minute late grace period. * If you arrive after your grace period, your appointment may be canceled and charged as a no-show or adjusted for the remaining time available* WAXING/LAMINATION/STAIN SERVICES: - Cancellations/rescheduling (within 48 hours) and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. - Waxing services: 5-minute late grace period. - Brow lamination & Hybrid stains: 10-minute late grace period. * If you arrive after your grace period, your appointment may be canceled and charged as a no-show or adjusted for the remaining time available* RESCHEDULING LIMITS: - Clients may reschedule once per deposit transfer. - If rescheduled multiple times, a new deposit will be required. REFUND & CHARGEBACK POLICY: - Deposits and cancellation fee’s are non-refundable under any circumstance. - Any chargebacks or disputes will result in the client being permanently banned from booking future services. SICK POLICY: - If you are feeling unwell, please notify Em’s Esthetics ASAP to reschedule your appointment to a later date. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
